• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living
• Supervise and mentor LPN/LVN staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered
• Coordinate and lead shift report to ensure effective communication and continuity of care
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor resident outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Georgia (compact license acceptable)
• Experience in a long-term care setting (acute care experience a plus)
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
