Unit Manager Responsibilities- Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance
- Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
- Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
- Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts
- Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders
