As an integral part of our Nursing Administrative Team, the RN/LPN Unit Manager will be a responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care. Your focus will be on promoting the well‑being of our patients through high‑quality nursing care.
- Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance
- Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
- Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
- Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts
- Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders
