Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed practical nurses

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), ambulation, and transfers

• Take and record vital signs

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility records/information

Requirements:

• Certificate of completion from an accredited CNA program

• Current CNA certification in Georgia
