American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13‑week night shift contract on an Acute Neuro Med/Surg Unit, requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience and an active GA or compact RN license.

• Work setting is a hospital Acute Neuro Unit (Med/Surg)
• Patient population includes those recovering from neurosurgery, neurology, ENT surgery, and general surgery – ranging from ambulatory patients requiring minimal assistance to bedridden patients requiring total care
• 12‑hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, any day of the week (Mon–Sun)
• 3 shifts per week
• No on‑call requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license required
• Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg or Acute Neuro nursing experience required
• Driver's License required for consideration

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Former permanent staff who have transitioned to travel nursing must have a 2‑year break from the facility before being eligible
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
• EMR experience should be listed in work history

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
