Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Emergency Room Rn Position

Seek a qualified Emergency Room RN to provide specialized emergency care in a fast-paced setting. The role requires adaptability to varying schedules and a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with urgent medical needs.
• Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond promptly to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in emergency nursing.
• Hold current AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts, including 7PM-7AM scheduled over 13 weeks.
• Meet all state licensing and credentialing requirements for RN practice.
