Registered Nurse – NICU

NICU Registered Nurse Opportunity

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in NICU to provide exceptional care to neonatal patients. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the health needs of neonatal patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Educate families on neonatal care and support throughout hospitalization.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and interventions.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a sterile environment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the appropriate state.
• Demonstrate minimum one year of NICU nursing experience.
• Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
• Show strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during extended shifts, including early mornings.
