At Port City Animal Hospital, we’re a family-oriented veterinary practice in the heart of Savannah, dedicated to giving pets and their owners the best possible experience. We’re searching for a friendly, motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our close-knit team. If you’re a people person who loves pets and enjoys creating a warm, welcoming environment, we’d love to meet you!

As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our practice! From greeting clients and their furry friends to ensuring smooth front-desk operations, you’ll play a vital role in making each client’s visit a positive experience. In addition to providing stellar customer service, you’ll also help keep our front desk organized and efficient.

• Welcoming clients and pets to the practice with a smile, answering questions, and handling payments
• Keeping our appointment schedule running smoothly, including answering phones and booking appointments
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email
• Updating and filing patient charts to keep records accurate and organized
• Processing credit card payments and preparing bank deposits
• Retrieving prescriptions and assisting with pet supply purchases
• Ensuring our waiting room stays clean and inviting

Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 18 years old or older
