Ivey is seeking a Land Acquisition Associate to source, evaluate, and execute residential and multifamily land opportunities. In this role, you’ll drive early‑stage deal flow by building strong broker and landowner relationships, managing market research, supporting LOI and contract negotiations, and coordinating due diligence through handoff to development teams.

Have 2–5+ years of experience in acquisitions, development, brokerage, or investment analysis, strong market instincts, and the drive to originate and advance real deals—not just analyze them.
