Food and Beverage Supervisor

Supervise the service and delivery of menu items in assigned restaurant ensuring a high level of quality and consistency. Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent. Some college or supervisory experience preferred.
2 years of supervisory experience One year food service experience in a full-service restaurant or similar setting. This job requires ability to perform the following:

Ensure side work duties are complete and tables are set before, during and after operating hours.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with customers and employees

Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork, scheduling, and giving and receiving instructions.

Mathematical skills, including basic math, cash handling, are utilized frequently. and training abilities are Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Ability to bend Ability to lift, pull 50 lbs Ability to communicate clearly

Ability to work long hours as needed

Work on multiple tasks, making appropriate progress towards deadlines

Ability to work effectively in stressful, high pressure situations

Ability to effectively handle challenges in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
