Goddard Mason Executive Search (a dedicated division of Quality Staffing, Inc.)is on the hunt for someone to immediately join our Canton Area client, unleashing your potential in a fast-paced environment, driving growth and delivering top-tier solutions!

This opportunity is ideal for a strategic B2B sales professional with a track record of winning and growing high-value accounts, paying a $85,000-$95,000 annual salary plus commission!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage & close $15 million+ in new business annually.
  • Identify and secure new customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and build long-term partnerships.
  • Educate clients on high-performance product solutions.
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal team.
  • Provide strategic sales plans and growth reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong contract negotiation and key account management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, with 50–60% overnight.
  • Industrial, capital, food service equipment background a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)
    or
    7+ years of strategic B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
