What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Market, position, and sell the employer's Group Benefits portfolio products to designated brokers
  • Support broker and client relationships for sales development and client retention
  • Build and maintain broker relationships to grow the book of business
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze market trends and consumer demands
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to increase sales of product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • A BS or BA degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of group insurance sales experience or relevant combination of experience
  • Knowledge of industry products and processes including Worksite, LTD, and Dental products
  • Ability to achieve required industry licensing within 90 days of hire
  • Strong judgment and integrity in a fast‑paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in complex absence products and online enrollment
  • Proven ability to build rapport in both in‑person and virtual settings
  • Demonstrated confidence and proactivity in sales strategies
