Role Summary

Position:
Kitchen & Bath Designer (In-Home Sales). This role is built for proven designers who want higher earnings without chasing bad leads, more control over their book of business, and a faster, cleaner sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead in-home consultations and guide homeowners through design & investment decisions
  • Create and present tailored kitchen/bath solutions
  • Own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement
  • Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals
Qualifications
  • Absolutely have personally closed $1M+ annually in remodeling sales
  • Confident knowledge of home design and ability to control a consultation
  • Frustration with weak leads, slow internal processes, and capped commissions
  • Desire for income that reflects actual performance
  • 1–2 consultations per day, 5 days per week; weekly schedule includes a half‑day team meeting & coaching on Wednesdays, two Saturdays per month, and limited evening appointments
