- Reach out to potential clients and follow up on leads to create new business and grow your client network.
- Show properties to interested buyers, offering clear and helpful information to make their experience enjoyable.
- Handle contract negotiations and guide the sales process from start to finish, making sure everything goes smoothly.
- Keep up with the latest market trends and neighborhood updates to give clients the best advice possible.
- Work closely with the team to exchange ideas, support one another, and hit shared goals together.
- Use CRM tools to keep track of client communications, manage leads, and stay organized.
- Join regular training sessions and development programs to sharpen your skills and stay ahead in the game.
- Proven experience in real estate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Active real estate license in the state of Georgia.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
$144,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
