Victoria Mosley Agency with Farmers Insurance is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, driven Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Canton, Georgia.
This is not a "sit and wait for the phone to ring" insurance position.
We are looking for someone who knows how to prospect, quote, follow up, close business, and build relationships.

WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a Licensed Sales Producer, you will be responsible for driving new business and helping grow the agency’s book.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding quickly to new leads
- Making outbound calls and prospecting
- Quoting Auto, Home, Umbrella and other personal lines products
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Following up with prospects and quotes
- Closing new business
- Building long-term client relationships
- Conducting policy reviews
- Asking for referrals
- Networking within the local community
- Maintaining an organized sales pipeline
- Documenting activity in agency systems
- Meeting and exceeding monthly production goals
- Following Farmers underwriting and compliance requirements

You will be expected to:

We will provide the systems, training, coaching and lead opportunities.
You bring the work ethic, urgency and desire to win.
Our producers are expected to actively manage their pipeline and consistently work toward monthly new-business production goals.
THE SYSTEMS YOU’LL USEYou’ll receive training on the technology and systems used inside our agency, including:
- Farmers APEX
- Salesforce
- Policy Center
- Ricochet
- Sales Lab
- Agency sales and accountability tools
You don’t have to know every system on day one.
You do need to be comfortable learning technology and willing to follow a proven sales process.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORRequired:
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty license
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to close sales
- Strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Goal-oriented and competitive
- Professional and dependable
- Ability to work independently while being accountable to team goals
Preferred:
- 1+ year of P&C insurance sales experience
- Farmers experience
- Personal Lines experience
- Commercial Lines experience
- Life & Health license
- Existing book of business or referral network
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience with APEX or Farmers systems
