Starting hourly Range $19-$21

• Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Support the team by working on pre- and post-construction termite treatments and monitoring termite bait systems; assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Work safely and efficiently by adhering to safety standards, operating company equipment and vehicles, and applying pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Starting hourly Range $19 - $21, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
