• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including:
  • Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Appliance troubleshooting
  • Carpentry and drywall patching
  • Painting and cosmetic repairs
• Support special projects and community upkeep as needed
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality expectations

• Certified or non‑certified maintenance professionals welcome
• Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
