Hourly Rate: $32–$39 + Performance Incentives (annual earnings of 70, expected)

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system performance and repair options
• Recommend equipment upgrades or improvements when appropriate
• Maintain safety standards and quality workmanship on every job
• Support less-experienced technicians through coaching and hands-on guidance
• Complete service calls efficiently while delivering excellent customer service

Required:

• 3–5 years of HVAC service experience in residential and/or commercial environments
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• At least 21 years of age
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and follow established safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions

Preferred:

• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Certification
• Previous experience training or mentoring technicians
• High school diploma or equivalent
