Requirements:
Jurisdictionally appropriate contractor's license or trade license; general liability insurance; worker's comp insurance; 3 supervisor references and/or client references; pictures and/or 5 star Google reviews of prior projects.

Tasks:
Demolition of existing bath space, renovation work to include bathtub, shower, flooring, countertops, tile, shower glass door, plumbing, electrical; subcontractors provide their own supplies (bolts, grout, etc), not materials (shower, tub, tile, fixtures, etc.); jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction; compensation: $1,500.00 - $4,500.00 per week.
