Help power North Georgia’s retail, office, and restaurant spaces—while keeping homes running safely. At TEP Electric LLC, you’ll contribute to a steady pipeline of commercial projects and support a growing residential/service division.
Role focus
Primary:
Commercial construction (retail, office, restaurants, tenant improvements)
Secondary:
Residential installations and service calls
Everyday:
Troubleshooting, quality craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork
Key responsibilities
Install/maintain electrical systems on commercial sites
Complete tenant build-outs, remodels, and ground-up projects
Support residential electrical work and service tickets
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in both settings
Set panels; install lighting, feeders, branch circuits; run EMT, MC, and rigid conduit
Read and interpret blueprints/electrical drawings
Adhere to NEC and local codes; maintain safe practices
Keep jobsites neat and professional
Coordinate with project managers and communicate progress
Minimum qualifications2+ years of electrical experience
Commercial experience preferred; residential experience welcomed
Strong troubleshooting and adaptability across project types
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license
Preferred (not required)
Conduit bending
Service troubleshooting
Generator or EV charger installationOSHA 10 or OSHA 30
Lift certification
