If you like moving between new-home construction, remodels, and the occasional service call, this role is for you. TEP Electric LLC supports commercial projects—retail, offices, restaurants, and build-outs—while expanding our residential and service footprint. Your impact
Own full electrical installations in new residential builds
Execute tenant build-outs, remodels, and ground-up work Support residential installs and answer service calls as needed
Diagnose and fix electrical issues in residential and commercial settings
Set panels; install lighting, feeders, branch circuits; run conduit (EMT, MC, rigid)
Read and apply blueprints/electrical drawings accurately
Work to NEC and local code with a zero-compromise safety mindset
Keep sites neat, organized, and professional
Coordinate clearly with project managers and teammates
What we’re looking for2+ years of hands-on electrical experience
Residential background preferred; commercial experience a plus Strong troubleshooting and adaptability across job environments
Reliable, self-directed, and team-oriented
Valid driver’s license
Bonus qualifications (not required)
Conduit bending experience
Service troubleshooting experience
Generator or EV charger installation OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Lift certification
