For our prestigious client with global presence, we have an immediate opening for a Senior IT Staff Analyst/Developer at their location in Norcross, GA. The primary functions of this role are to participate in the development, deployment, implementation and support of systems, technologies and information solutions for our manufacturing enterprise.

• Work alone or as part of a team to develop, implement, evaluate, procure, and/or support computer systems and information solutions that meet the needs of the customer and add the most value to the company.
• Utilize technically sound methods of investigation, analysis, design, planning, and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to identify and recommend computer and business solutions to effectively and efficiently satisfy the requirements of the business.
• Provide support and/or preventive maintenance on the systems in assigned area(s) of responsibility, with minimal supervision.
• Follow appropriate methodologies, support processes, and procedures.
• In addition to individual priorities, manage small to mid-sized projects including project estimates, status communications, schedules; execution and direction of a team.
• Lead the discovery, planning and ongoing implementation of process improvements individually and in the work team.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% to plant locations.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or math from an accredited institution.
• 5+ to 7 years experience in application development.
• .NET development platform experience including proficiency in VB6, , C#, ASP.
• Proficiency in Web Development Technologies including HTML, Java.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Must demonstrate a solid understanding of systems analysis, design, and programming techniques.
• Must have strong human relation skills and be able to interact with internal and external customers, other analysts, and management.
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with project planning and management.
