• Assist the Family Store Manager in administering, monitoring, and evaluating day‑to‑day warehouse operations; supervise volunteers, community services workers, and subordinate staff; train staff and inspect work for accuracy.
• Assist in planning, supervising, and participating in receiving, sorting, pricing, and distributing donated items, ensuring timely processing and compliance with policies.
• Respond to employee questions and resolve operational and personnel problems; oversee schedules and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide input on employee evaluations, hiring, termination, compensation adjustments, promotions, and disciplinary actions.

Duties involve frequent walking, standing, kneeling, squatting, and occasional vehicle operation. The role requires lifting and carrying heavy materials (50‑100+ lbs.). Work is performed in warehouse or store environments with noise, dust, lint, and chemical odors.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• One-year supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, OR equivalent training and experience.

• Valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Forklift Operator Certification
