For the Full-time Parcel Loader in Olive Branch, Mississippi, you will hand-load parcel boxes (up to 50 lbs.) onto Fed Ex and UPS trailers and cross-train in other warehouse positions. Your work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional opportunities to start earlier or stay later based on business needs. Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required.

• Load parcels efficiently and safely onto trailers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed.
• Organize warehouse areas to ensure orderliness and safety at all times.
• Wear and properly use required safety equipment.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines and procedures.

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Manual dexterity required for handling small items.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, and regular exposure to loud noises and moving equipment.
