Our location in Canton, Georgia, is currently seeking a full-time Parcel Picker. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday, 3 pm-11:30 pm. However, there will be times when this candidate will be required to come in early or stay late, based on business needs.

Position Summary
:
As a Parcel Picker at Ubique Group, you will be responsible for accurately selecting customer orders and delivering them to the staging area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. This role ensures all orders are complete and accurate prior to shipment. Team members are expected to cross-train in other warehouse functions as part of Ubique Group’s “We Move to the Work” culture, supporting growth and operational flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Pick items accurately to fulfill customer orders
• Transport completed orders to designated staging areas
• Build and assemble boxes or other packaging materials to ensure safe shipment
• Read and interpret pick tickets to verify correct items and quantities
• Package products to prevent damage during transit
• Apply shipping labels to completed customer orders
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack safely and efficiently
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including cross-training in additional roles
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack required
• Ability to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with team assistance
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
• Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
• Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and handling small items
• Climbing off on forklifts
