Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join Walmart US’s Realty Execution team. You are responsible for delivering store and club remodels, new store openings, and special projects across the United States. You must ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards while supporting hourly team members and store leadership.

• Own project execution in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Motivate teams to meet timelines and deliverables; resolve concerns among store leaders, suppliers, and associates.
• Supervise and develop hourly associates, providing coaching, recognition, and career pathing.
• Collaborate with store leadership to maintain operations while projects are underway.
• Handle escalations and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; or 3 years of experience in the same fields.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business or related field; 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams;
  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Shift: Primarily overnight, 10–12 hour night shifts. Travel:
Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles and approximately 80% of the time away from home, often 17–21 days at a time. Mileage and overnight stays are reimbursed.

Annual salary range: $60,000–$110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock equity.
