Consumer Loan Administrator

We are currently accepting applications/resumes for a Consumer Loan Administrator for Canton and Macomb. This full‑time role plays a key part in supporting the consumer lending process by ensuring loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant. The position works closely with loan officers, customers, and internal teams to support loans from application through closing and ongoing portfolio management.

• Prepare and maintain accurate consumer loan documents and files
• Track and follow up on required documentation to ensure timely processing
• Communicate with customers to gather information and resolve documentation issues
• Process loan payments, paid loan files, and closing documentation
• Support loan officers throughout the loan lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior administrative or loan‑related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with business software applications
