Overview

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) who is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining OT licensure in the state of Illinois to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. This is a contract, 5x8 day position.

In this role, you will be responsible for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into your job performance.

• 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist specializing in SNF / LTC
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Illinois
