Nurse Practitioner (Wound Care)

Full Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or On Call

Dr. Mobi Care is expanding our clinical team and seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner to provide wound care services to patients in skilled nursing and longterm care facilities across the Kewanee region. • Full training provided — No prior woundcare experience required

• Collaborate with facility nursing staff and physicians

• Document visits accurately in our streamlined EMR

• Participate in care plan development and quality‑improvement initiatives

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care to a diverse geriatric population

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Illinois

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently

• Passion for serving seniors and improving patient outcomes

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between facilities
