Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IL River in Canton, Illinois. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients, collaborating closely with Registered Nurses (RN) and medical staff.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, be licensed as an LPN or able to obtain one, and be certified in CPR. Shifts include FT Evening: 3p-11a x2, 11p-11p x2 per week.
