We are the community’s choice for an exceptional healthcare experience. Graham Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wound Care Center team. The RN will provide patient care and handle intake and discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients, and may serve as a case manager to a group of assigned patients.

Under the direction of the Wound Care Center Clinical Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator, the RN primarily provides patient care and manages intake and discharge processes for Wound Care Center patients as scheduled. The position may also serve as a case manager to a group of assigned patients, depending on the Wound Care Center setup.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and two (2) or more years of experience as a clinical RN, with at least two (2) years in an acute care setting.
• Current RN license in the state of practice – to be maintained throughout the duration of employment. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Medical/Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care Certification preferred. Wound care experience preferred.

The pay grade assigned to this position is 3400; wages are determined by experience and skills and will be discussed during interview. The position status type is part-time. Benefits associated with the employment status can be found in the provided link.
