Currently located in Canton, MA, moving to Middleborough, MA in the near future. The company operates a full-service manufacturing, installation, and distribution facility. Premier Fence offers a wide range of products and services, including cedar and chain link fencing, guardrails, temporary fencing, high-security enclosures, access control systems, and custom-crafted products.

As a Sales Administrator at Premier Fence, LLC, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team's daily operations and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative assistance, handling the paperwork, data entry, and internal coordination that supports the sales process and team. This role is not a sales position;
it focuses on organization, accuracy, and ensuring jobs are properly set up and handed off to operations. This is a full-time, on-site role that will be located in Middleborough, MA, offering the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and growing business.
- Prepare, review, and process estimates, proposals, and sales documents
- Enter and maintain customer, job, and pricing information in CRM and job management systems
- Track signed contracts, deposits, and required documentation
- Ensure accurate job setup for scheduling and production teams
- Coordinate internally with sales, scheduling, operations, and accounting
- Maintain organized digital and physical job files
- Assist with permit, HOA, and municipal paperwork as required
- Respond to customer questions related to paperwork, job status, and next steps
- Audit sales files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Generate administrative and sales activity reports as requested
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of administrative, office support, or sales support experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with CRM and construction/job management software
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in construction, fencing, or home services administration
- Familiarity with job costing, materials lists, or pricing structures
- Experience coordinating between office staff and field crews
- Knowledge of permits, inspections, or HOA processes
- Office-based role with frequent internal coordination
- Customer-facing interaction, primarily administrative in nature
