Account Specialist position based in Naperville, IL 60540. This is a 5-month contract assignment (W-2). You will oversee account enrollment processes, managing transactions, encouraging utility partnerships, and providing crucial support in billing and arrears operations. This versatile role demands the ability to perform multiple customer service and administrative tasks, including collections efforts in Illinois. You will have the efficiency in task completion.

• You will be responsible for account enrollments, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines with urgency.
• Handle transaction management, maintaining records and efficient processes.
• Develop strong relationships with utility partners.
• Provide essential support in billing operations and arrears.
• Perform customer service and administrative tasks to support operations.
• Contribute to multiple projects, optimizing processes and supporting operational goals.

• Must be precise and produce accurate work.
• Versatile with capabilities in managing diverse tasks.
• Must be efficient in task completion and able to prioritize effectively.
• Must be aware of and contribute to process optimization.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $20.00/hr. to $23.00/hr.
