This position is based in our SICK, Bloomington MN or Canton MA office. The person will work in office four days a week and may work remotely the other day.
This person is responsible to provide support to the Services Organization and responsible for coordinating the collection and analysis of project and service order related data for strategic financial and forecasting business decisions. Provide Project & Service support and analysis excellence to all teams (Services, Project Management, Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Engineering) involved in the overall execution of the Services business to ensure consistent and accurate support & analysis in all tasks, and ensure data collection and recording in ADP, Concur, SAP, & CRM are completed related to the day-to-day Service Organizations functions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties- Collect necessary information to create a project and/or maintain a Sales Order in SAP.
- Add and amend data in multiple system environments – CRM, ADP, SAP.
- Analyze Field Service Orders and Reports, Expense Reports and Timecards for completion and accuracy for Project and Service Orders to meet time sensitive personnel reimbursement deadlines, and customer invoicing requirements.
- Maintains departmental reports for Labor (ADP), Expense Reporting (Concur), Service Scheduling (CRM), Finance (SAP) and other Microsoft Tools.
- Provide system and communication support and assistance to Project Management team for invoicing.
- Maintain the Project or Services Tracking Spreadsheet daily to ensure data entered is accurate.
- Work directly with all Project Management and/or Schedulers throughout the project or service order lifecycle to maintain accurate forecast dates, provide systems support where needed, and provide support and analysis when closing out projects.
- Analyze and align multisystem data to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support the Service group with any special projects as requested by the Services Management teams.
