Mail Service Associate
Our client, a well-established and growing organization, is seeking a Mail Service Associate to join their operations team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that plays a key part in supporting day-to-day business operations.

What You'll Do- Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and packages across multiple departments
- Prepare outgoing shipments including overnight, certified, and bulk mail
- Track, log, and organize packages using internal systems to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Coordinate timely deliveries and pickups with internal teams and external carriers
- Operate mailroom equipment such as postage machines, scanners, and shipping systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom environment
- Provide excellent service and communication to internal stakeholders
- Assist with additional office support tasks as needed (supplies, deliveries, general support)
- Previous experience in mailroom, office support, warehouse, or logistics is a plus (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift packages when needed
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills (email, tracking systems, data entry)
- Strong communication and customer service skill

This is a Contract position based out of Canton, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
