Business Analyst – Level 1 (Contract)

Location:

Naperville, IL 60563.

1-year W-2 contract assignment.

We need a Business Analyst to collect, organize, and analyze data, supporting business decision making, and special projects such as demand modeling, locational analysis, and segment analysis. The analyst will develop reports and recommendations to improve project execution and resource allocation. You will report to the onsite manager and work with the internal sales team, channel partners, and customers.

• Directly support the Sales team in processing commercial agreements.
• Act as a liaison between internal sales, channel partners, and customers.
• Analyze inbound RFPs, set up accounts, gather usage data, manage changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and handle other opportunity set-up activities.
• Communicate effectively with all partners to ensure deliverables are met and accurate.
• Engage proactively in process design and modification for continuous business improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across all internal departments to increase awareness of end-to-end processes and impacts.
• Provide leadership with deliverable status updates.
• Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

• Competitive pay of $25.00/hr–$30.00/hr, depending on experience.
