We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety. You’ll be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with subcontractors, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple multifamily construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolve any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and maintain quality control.
- Prepare and present project updates to clients, stakeholders, and management, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project goals.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a positive working environment.
- 3+ years of experience in multifamily project management for a general contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards, as well as relevant local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
