Site Superintendent

North American Renewables, Inc. (NAR) is seekingan experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for renewable energy construction projects, including solar photovoltaic (PV), battery energy storage systems (BESS), and other renewable energy installations.

• ManagedailyconstructionactivitiesacrossmultipleturnkeyPVprojectsitesofvaryingcomplexity
• Leadandenforcesitesafetystandards,ensuringfullcompliancewithOSHAand company policies
• Coordinateinspectionswithlocaljurisdictions,utilities,andthird-partyinspectors
• MaintainandsubmitdailyandweeklyreportsperSOPrequirements
• Communicateprojectprogress,risks,andissuesto
  
  Project Manager sand Field  Operations leadership
• Supervisesubcontractorstoensureadherencetosafety,quality,cost,andscheduleexpectations
• Resolveschedulingconflictsandoptimizeworkflowstominimizedelays
• Coordinatedelivery,storage,andstagingofmaterialsandequipment
• Conductregularsubcontractormeetingsandproactivelyaddresssitechallenge
• Ensurejobsitesareclean,safe,andprofessionallymaintained
• Reviewprojectdocumentsincludingcontracts,drawings,and schedules;provide feedback during planning and kickoff phases
• SupportprojectmanagementwithRFIs,change orders,andcustomerinteractions
• PerformDAScommissioningandotherassignedtechnicaltasks
• Documentkeyprojectcommunications,agreements,andcompliancerecords

• 5+yearsofconstructionsupervisionexperience
• 2+yearsofexperienceinrenewableenergyprojects(solar,wind,orBESS) strongly preferred
• Strongknowledgeofcivil,structural,electrical,andmechanicalconstructionpractices
• Experiencewithconstructionmanagementsoftware(e.g.,Procore,Plan Grid) and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project)
• OSHA
  30certificationorequivalentrequired
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretblueprints,specifications,andconstructiondocuments
• Highschooldiplomaorequivalentrequired;technicalortradecertificationpreferred
