Construction Supervisor - Nuclear

Seabrook, NH 03874, no per diem available. We are looking for a Construction Supervisor - Nuclear-Level 4 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) Onsight holds this position and will badge you in a long-term position. You would need to have 3 or more years of experience.

• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing work activities performed by contractors and vendors at Seabrook Station.
• Assess labor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality and safety performance by craft in the field.
• Conduct documented field observations to ensure the supplemental labor force follows the highest standards of industrial safety, Nuclear safety and human performance.
• Perform walk downs of planned and ongoing work to verify constructability, resource allocations and design requirements, resolving field issues as they arise.

• You would need to have a working knowledge of project estimating, budgeting, cost tracking and cost control.
• Strong field leadership.
• Must have the ability to drive safety and quality performance in a regulated nuclear environment.
• Must have 3+ years of experience at a nuclear facility preferred.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $60.00/hr. to $65.00/hr.
