Bilingual French Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting a well known client recruiting for Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representatives.  These roles are long term opportunities!

Bilingual Customer Service Representatives require candidates to support national shareholder communications campaigns focused on proxy season. This position involves inbound and outbound calling in both English and French. If you meet the qualifications listed below - Apply Now!

There are two available shifts:

- Monday
- Friday 9am-5pm EST

- Mon-Thurs 6pm-11pm EST and Saturday 12pm-6pm EST.

Responsibilities for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives include but are not limited to:

+ Handle outbound and inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, using a written call flow and responses.

+ Handle all calls within an acceptable time period, dictated by our KPIs for Average Handle Time.

+ Use Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook throughout the shift with minimal training. Training will be provided on proprietary software, which is Windows based.

+ Meet all targets for Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and Code of Conduct

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives:

-        6 months+ Customer Service or Call Center Experience

- Ability to follow a script

- Quiet and secure work from home location

- Must have a USB headset(not wireless), dual monitors, and a Windows enabled computer. No Chromebooks

- Internet requirements are at least 100 Mbps for Download and 10 Mbps for Upload

- Ability to take or place high volume of calls per day.

** Pay Details:**  $21.00 per hour
