Service Advisor

Overview

North End Motors in Canton MA has been servicing New England customers since 1986. North End Motors is a large preowned superstore with a high volume, fast paced and robust service dept servicing 100's of retail service customers per month. We are looking for only one service advisor to join our 2 other team members, preferably with previous experience to help meet demand.

• Serve as the primary service advisor in a high-volume, fast-paced service department, supporting hundreds of retail service customers per month.
• Collaborate with two other team members to meet demand and ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintain professionalism, and communicate clearly with customers and technicians.

• Previous service advisor experience preferred.
• Good character, professionalism, a positive demeanor, and strong communication skills.

Base salary starts at $900 per week with a progressive monthly bonus program that begins at 3.25% and escalates to 5.25% based on production. A monthly CSI bonus starts at 0.75% and goes to 1.5%, which can effectively raise the total from 5.25% to 6.75%. ELR monthly bonus up to $650 and a team achievement bonus up to $500. The schedule is Mon-Thu 7:30am to 5:00pm, Off on Friday, and an abbreviated Sat schedule from 7:30am to 1:30pm.
