Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Customer Service Rep-Level 2 for a 1-year contract assignment at our Houston onsite location. You will respond to non-routine customer requests, resolve inquiries about billing and policies, and provide real-time information to ensure first-call resolution.
You will train to handle calls, support energy usage education, and meet strict performance metrics while reporting to the onsite manager. Training is 3 weeks, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
