Job Description
Cory James Skin Company is looking for an upbeat, outgoing and motivated Front Desk Concierge who loves people and has an interest in skincare, beauty and wellness.

This is more than a receptionist position. We're looking for a go-getter, someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying busy and naturally notices what needs to be done without waiting to be asked.

You might be welcoming a client one minute, checking someone out the next, then folding towels, restocking products, tidying the salon or starting a small project because you see something that could be improved.

If you're someone who likes people, little tasks, organization and the satisfaction of keeping things running smoothly, you may be a great fit for us!

• Warmly welcome clients and help create an exceptional experience
• Answer phones, texts and client questions
• Schedule, confirm and pre-book appointments
• Check clients in and out and accurately process payments
• Learn about our skincare treatments, products and promotions so you can confidently assist clients
• Keep the front desk, lobby and common areas clean, organized and inviting
• Restock retail products, supplies and treatment areas
• Help with laundry and daily salon upkeep
• Assist with retail, promotions and client communication
• Notice what needs attention and take initiative without being asked
• Find productive things to do during quieter moments
• Jump into small projects that help keep the salon organized and successful
• Work together with our team to keep the day running smoothly and on time

Industry experience is preferred, but a genuine interest in skincare and willingness to learn is a must.
