** What you'll do*
* + Lead commissioning and optimization of advanced BAS for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues across multiple platforms (WebCTRL®, Niagara, Schneider, Honeywell).

+ Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, or Lon Works.

+ Configure controls, trends, alarms, and reports; manage secure network connections.

+ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.

+ Deliver customer training and ensure systems perform exactly as promised.

** Required Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED.

+ 4+ years of professional experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field.

+ Must possess a valid, current Driver's License and be insurable by the company's insurance carrier.

+ Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.

+ Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.
