Your impact
Own field execution: install, program, and commission DDC controls for commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Guarantee performance: conduct testing, verification, and root-cause troubleshooting to optimize operation.
Engineer outcomes: collaborate with project managers and engineers to craft robust control strategies and sequences.
Lead others: supervise technicians during installs, upgrades, and repairs; set quality standards on site.
Build capability: deliver training and hands-on guidance to junior team members.
Protect uptime: perform scheduled and preventive maintenance for maximum efficiency.
Solve complexity: diagnose advanced DDC/HVAC issues and implement durable fixes.
Document rigorously: capture configurations, changes, and software updates for traceability.
Continuously improve: track new technologies and industry best practices to elevate our solutions.
What makes you successful here5+ years specializing in DDC-focused HVAC controls.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, control components, and field instrumentation.
Programming/configuration fluency with Niagara 4/AX, Johnson, Distech, Honeywell (or similar platforms).Experience integrating DDC with BMS and related automation systems.
Comfort with BACnet, Modbus, and Lon Works protocols.
Ability to read and apply control schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
Analytical troubleshooting mindset and structured problem-solving.
Demonstrated leadership guiding and supervising technician teams.
Excellent organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
Clear, professional communication with clients, peers, and subcontractors.
Industry certifications in HVAC controls/DDC programming are preferred.
