We are seeking a Project Scheduler II – E&C on a one‑year contract assignment (W‑2) for our client’s Engineering and Construction Division. You will join the project scheduling team and work directly with Project Originators, Developers, Early Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers to support the development, engineering, and construction of multiple technologies, including Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, Substations, Pipelines, and Combined Cycles.

• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
• Prepare monthly reports for construction projects, comparing baseline approved schedules to progress schedules.
• Conduct critical path method analysis, resource loading, cost loading, workforce submittal analysis, evaluate update impacts, and assist in recovery plan development.
• Act as a scheduling team member supporting multiple technology projects throughout the entire life cycle.
• Develop accurate schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary meetings, and report to management on project status.

• 4+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling software experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or a related field, or applicable experience.
• Team player able to collaborate with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints for inclusion in the plan and schedule.
• Lead schedule review meetings with all project participants and coordinate requirements to focus resources on the right project activities.
• Review, critique, and validate external information.
• Report project status and variances to management clearly and concisely.

• Estimated base salary range: $37.00/hr to $42.00/hr, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.
