We're looking for a Project Scheduler II E&C on behalf of our client. This is a 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2). You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software, supporting the Engineering and Construction department located in Juno Beach, Florida. You will work directly with Project Originators, Developers, Engineers, Early Stage Managers and Construction Managers supporting the development, engineering, and construction of all energy technologies.
Some examples of projects include Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, Substations, Pipelines, Combined Cycles, etc. You will report to the onsite manager.
- Reporting to the group Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
- You will prepare monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline approved schedule to progress schedule, including critical path method, resource loading, cost loading, manpower, submittals, projections of impacts and recovery plans.
- You will be a key player as a member of the project scheduler/planner group in support of all innovative technologies and will be exposed to various working teams to drive project success through the entire life cycle.
- Your project scheduling, management and technical skill set will be important to develop effective and accurate schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and report to management for an impressive portfolio of projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field.
- Team player. Be able to interact with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints to be included within the plan and schedule.
- 3+ years of scheduling experience desired.
- Alternatively, 4+ years of experience in Project Management could be considered, with experience in tracking project plans against schedule baselines and performing ad‑hoc analyses.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $37.00/hr to $42.00/hr.
