Our motion control group seeks an Electrical Engineer to develop new products and provide engineering support for production issues and customer technical challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Design PCB‑level mixed analog/digital, interface, and power electronic circuits to meet product specifications and cost requirements.
  • Create bills of materials, schematics, drawings, and engineering change orders using Agile to fully document production‑ready designs.
  • Perform and document engineering analyses, write test plans and specifications.
  • Conduct performance, design verification, and similar tests and author test reports.
  • Provide technical input in support of production‑oriented documents such as datasheets, user guides, and application notes.
  • Help plan and conduct compliance and reliability testing.
  • Provide engineering support to help resolve production and customer technical issues as needed.
Qualifications
  • A BS in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of direct, PCB‑level design experience with μC/FPGA‑based systems containing mixed signal, interface, and power conversion circuitry. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Solid problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of the Motion team.
  • Proficiency with laboratory test equipment including oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, and multimeters.
  • Working knowledge of PCB design tools (OrCAD Capture, PADS, or Allegro).
  • Familiarity with EMC, Electrical Safety, and Functional Safety standards and requirements.
  • Experience with motor drives or motion control systems is a plus.
