Key Responsibilities- Turn-Key Delivery:
Own the install, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DDC systems. Deliver full software solutions, including sequencing, graphics, and alarms. - Technical Leadership:
Act as the lead resource and mentor for junior techs. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes. - Risk & Coordination:
Partner with Project Managers to manage risk and align execution. Coordinate with teams to ensure clear communication and reliable delivery. - Travel & Flexibility:
Travel as needed and stay adaptable to shifting priorities, project demands, and field workloads. - Proficiency & Growth:
Demonstrate deep proficiency with ALC products, system architectures, and ASHRAE guidelines. Apply this expertise to deliver safe, high-performance systems across complex customer environments. - Project Integrity:
Maintain expert-level documentation, including commissioning logs and progress tracking, to ensure safe and compliant system delivery.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Building Automation or HVAC.
- Must possess a valid, current Driver's License and be insurable by the company's insurance carrier.
- Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
- Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 - $ annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
