The Finance function manages treasury management services, financial planning & analysis, accounting, reporting, commercial finance and tax support throughout the group.

The Treasury Project Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of Treasury projects. The role ensures planning, controls, and delivery meet business needs, identifying resources and skills within agreed cost, timescales and quality parameters.

• Maintain project management standards on Treasury projects.
• Support Treasury Senior Project Manager in classifying and prioritising projects based on Treasury Strategy.
• Deliver allocated Treasury projects – scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business value.
• Manage risks, dependencies and financial/time overruns at project level, ensuring business case objectives are met.
• Implement project governance frameworks in allocated projects.
• Recommend areas for change and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure communication channels and processes notify key stakeholders for plan adjustments.
• Provide thought leadership on allocated projects for successful delivery.
• Implement key controls such as business case development, benefits management and budgets.
• Act as escalation point for project‑related issues.
• Lead and contribute to strategic group‑wide projects including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactions.

• Experience in Treasury within a regional environment and related regulatory landscape.
• Knowledge of developing and implementing Client Treasury strategies in a global organization across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge in automation and centralisation of a Treasury function.
• Experience working within large and complex programmes of work.

• Strong understanding of emerging Treasury trends and competitor positioning.
• Industry experience in banking and insurance.
• Relevant Project Management qualification.

The base pay range for this role is $80,000.00 – $. This range is specific to Canton, MA and may not apply to other locations.
